Achieving your Award
For each level there is a set of core and additional
criteria. Workplaces must fulfil all of the core criteria and select
one or more of the additional criteria to achieve an award. This
gives workplaces the flexibility to choose topics which will most
interest their staff.
Working through each award level will give you a plan
of action to improve health in your organisation. Follow this link
to print off and download a template for an action plan.
Tips and examples have been provided for each of the
core and additional criteria, but these are by no means exhaustive.
Workplaces with their own ideas can check they will be suitable
with their Scotland's Health at Work advisor.
